The entire flat is on disposal, about 50 m2 inside plus 12 m2 balcony kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, stove, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, etc. The flat is on the first floor with very good view of neighborhood from balcony. It has a garden and free parking in front of the house. Its walking distance, about 25-30 min, to kites and windsurfer facilities.
Very hospitable.
It is very quite area, road is with dead end, so there is no traffic and safe for children and adults.
