Casa Maris is a renovated old stone house which is situated only 5 meters away from the sea. It is a very old property (around 300 years old) captain house, typical for the area.
On the ground floor of the house there is an open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. There is also a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Every room offers amazing view to the sea. In front of the house there is a small stone courtyard with a stone table. Next to it is a bigger terrace with large table and chairs for 6 persons. We also offer sunbathing chairs which our guests can use on the terrace or on the pier in front of the house. Behind the terrace is a garden and parking space.
Every group is getting complimentary vine upon arrival, as well as a fruit basket and a coffee selection. House is only 2 km away from Kotor Old Town where there are numerous restaurants, bars, boutiques, souvenir shops, museums, theatre, cinema and night club.
If you choose to walk to the Old town you can rest in one of the numerous restaurants along the promenade in Dobrota.
