We are familly company, which is dealing with real etstate, specialised for luxury properties. We personal like to travel and according our experience we got the idea to open apartments which will have normal structure of real apartment, nice big frigiretor, normal oven, washing mashine, dish washer, comfortable bad, balcony, big tv with lot of chanels not only couple, good iron if you need , vacuum clenaer, necesary things for cooking, garage in the same building where is apartments, situated in the city center, next to the biggest park in Podgorica ....and we did it, and it is sucsesfull , our clients are sutisfied and we are very happy to host great people and offer them welcoming in our small but wonderfull country.. All of our employeers are familly connected, working me and my housband, my adoult son Luka, and doughter Katarina, and all of us are very happy to host and help you if you need some more information about the city... Our atention was to have open light apartments which are offering you privacy , and free choice of choosing time when you will have a meal, or go to fitness, or masage...

All of our apartments are situated in the same new building located in the City Center,on the border of walking street Slobode and Hercegovacka street, and beggining of the biggest park Gorica hill located behind our building . Our reception and office is also in the same building , on the ground floor , named Atos nekretnine, Boulevard side. All apartments having balconies , elevator , very fast internet, lot of cable programs, very comfortable beds, etc. In the same building is restaurant which offering very nice menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner with very exceptable prices . Our atention was to have open light appartments which are offering you privacy on the first place, you are able to enjoy your stay and feel like at home.Welcome and looking forward to meet you.. Your Athos team..

We are located in the city center. Behind us id very old ortodox church of the St George, which have some special charm and it is located on the beginning of the biggest park Gorica hill , in Podgorica, where lot of people having relaxed walking and driving of bycicle every day...Place where you can find your peace . Across the street is the main walking street in Podgorica, Street of Slobode, Hercegovacka street, where you can have a nice night life in the caffeas and clubs...but we are enough far that you can not be bouthered in your apartment. Also lot of restaurants, shops, and fast food places, bakeries... We want special to recomend Spirit center , which is an small restaurant in Njegoseva street, beelonging to the ortodox church where you can find very interesting decoration and way of serving the food, very good prices and experience. Old town or Stara Varos is on unother side of street Slobode, where you can find old houses which represents how old Montegrian lived before.. We are small country and ther is not so many thing to see in the City, but very near is good to see Scadar lake 15km far, Ostrog church , 40km far...Cetinje, 30km far, Kotor 80km far...
