Nasa porodica se bavi izdavanjem apartmana i soba dugi niz godina.Aktivnosti kojim volimo da se bavimo su odrzavanje dvorista,cvijeca,sadnja poljoprivrednih proizvoda za licnu upotrebu.Uzivamo u turistickoj djelatnosti i zelimo da svaki nas gost ode zadovoljan.

Nas objekat je smjesten samo 500m od mora,preko puta hoelskog kompleksa Slovenska plaza,raspolazemo sa 12 parking mjesta koja ne naplacujemo gostima naseg objekta,na udaljenosti od 50m imamo Mega market,kafice,restorane i sve sto je potrebno za ugodniji boravak turista.

Imamo dobre susjedne odnose, nalazimo se u dijelu grada nedaleko od Slovenske plaze koja obiluje raznim aktivnostima, voznja padobranom,vodenim gumama,skijanjem na vodi,voznja skuterom...Takodje na samo 600m od nas nalazi se Dukley Gardens , Kompleks hotela-bungalova Slovenska plaza,Aqua park na samo 2km udaljenosti,Stari Grad i sve ostalo sto ce upotpuniti odmor nasim dragim gostima.
