- Disturbances, even during the day, are forbidden. Guests causing any form of disturbance or scandal will be asked to leave the apartment immediately and without refund of their stay. In the interests of the tranquillity of the establishment, all noise must cease between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
- For the respect and rest of your neighbors, please do not slam doors or make excessive noise,
- especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Any noise made by neighbors as a result of the behavior of a person under their responsibility,

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
