All rooms are fitted with Air conditioners, luxury rooms with TV's with cable TV network. Hot water is available in all rooms. All rooms are spacious and come with essential features. Provided with comfortable beds for relaxing.

This property is surrounded by a big garden. Guests can enjoy walking around, getting to know some of the spices available in Sri Lanka absolutely free.Situated in a 5 acre property within the city limits one of its own kind as you do not get such a large area in the city and the guests can experience the with a walk around the property which is true to nature with so many species of birds all over and specially can experience a spice garden at no extra cost.
