“오동도에서 5분거리에 위치해 있어 아침 산책으로 다녀오기 편하고 이순신광장과 차로 10분 거리입니다. 주차는 1층에 10대정도 가능하고 자리가 차면 프론트에서 근처 주차장 안내를 해주시고 주차비 정산을 미리 해놔서 주차 불편함이 없습니다. 9층 옥상에 올라가면 바다가 한 눈에 보입니다. 청결도가 좋으며 층마다 간이 주방이 있습니다. 다만 식기 및 조리기구는 없고 주방싱크와 가스렌지가 있습니다.”
