◎Detached house in the corner of a shopping street. 5-minute walk from Tsukuba Express Aoi Station. A detached house with accommodation for up to 5 people and privacy! Nothing is shared with the hosts! Everything is exclusive to you. Two bedrooms, living room with sofa, kitchen,all simple and colourful furniture! Surrounded by a quiet residential area, this is a great place to stay if you have young children. ◎Easy self check-in♪ We will inform you by message or email how to receive your key approximately one day before your stay. Self check-in, so you can leave your luggage behind and go sightseeing! (After check-out, a partner cleaning company will be cleaning the room, so we cannot accept temporary storage of luggage.) ◎Like living in it? A wide range of appliances! The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, rice cooker and electric kettle, as well as all the usual crockery, utensils and seasonings. There is also a washing machine, laundry detergent and hangers for longer stays! Of course, a hairdryer and towels are also available! 【In accordance with the law, it is forbidden to accommodate minors only. To prevent this, a photo ID must be presented (only one representative). Please respond to the automatic message sent to you after you have completed your booking asking you to present your ID. Along the shopping street where the property stands, there are several izakayas and a variety of restaurants, including ramen shops, Chinese restaurants, Indian restaurants and monja restaurants! After you've had your fill of salty food, head to the nearby Japanese sweets shop Iseya for seasonal fruit daifuku (rice cake with sweetened fruits)♪ There are also two parks for children to enjoy in a variety of ways. Good access to the city, a must for sightseeing! ・5 mins direct to Kitasenju ・15 mins direct to Akihabara. ・15 minutes to Ueno ・20 minutes to Oshiage ・25 mins to Asakusa. ・50 minutes to Disneyland (Maihama). ・1 hour 20 mins from Narita Airport. ・1 hour 10 minutes from Haneda Airport.
