فيلا مفروشة ، مودرن بناء حديث تشطيبات فاخره أربعة غرفة واسعه جميعها ماستر ، مطبخ مؤثث بالكامل في أجمل مناطق عجلون (اشتفينا) وسط غابات البلوط الخلابة ، مساحات خارجية واسعة ، منطقة هادئة وآمنة شوارع مضائة ، قريبة (80 meters ) ومطلة على الشارع السياحي الأجمل في عجلون ( شارع اشتفينا السياحي أو شارع السياح ) الفيلا قريبة من المحلات التجارية والمطاعم . قريب من وسط المدينة , قلعة عجلون والتلفريك الفيلا قريبه المدن من جرش 20km من العاصمة عمّان 53km أقل من ساعة بالسيارة من مطار الملكة علياء الدولي 94km ،ساعة ونصف بالسيارة من اربد 28km نصف ساعة من الزرقاء 58km ساعة تقريباً
