Domus Otto's owner Luigi with his wife Monica and the dog Otto have been living in this apartment for a long time, making it particularly warm and welcoming after the renovation in February 2024. Domus BnB Srl is the Property Manager that provides check-in/out hospitality services and assistance before and during the stay directly to the guests as well as the collection of rental payments on behalf of the owner Luigi by guests renting his apartment: Domus BnB Srl is available to guests and ready to accommodate any request to make so that they feel at home and that their stay in Rome turns into an unforgettable experience.

Property information

450 meters from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's, Domus Otto is the ideal apartment for a family with 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds on the upper floor reachable by an internal spiral staircase), 2 bathrooms and a dining room with equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 5th floor reachable by a small lift (maximum 1 person at a time) up to the 4th floor and then through a flight of stairs up to the 5th and last floor. The Ottaviano Metro stop is just 150 meters from the door of the building and allows you to reach all the main attractions of the city in just a few minutes. For bookings of 3-4 guests, while ensuring exclusive use of the apartment, only 2 of the 3 bedrooms will be prepared. Should the setup of the third bedroom for single use be requested, a one-time linen fee will be charged (30 euro). For bookings at a special rate for 2 guests, while ensuring exclusive use of the apartment, only 1 of the 3 bedrooms will be prepared. Should the setup of 2 double bedrooms for single use be requested, a one-time linen fee will be charged (30 euro)
