Villa Merlo a Gavi, is located on a sunny hilltop, approx. 2,5 km from the smal and charming town of Gavi. It has great views to the town and the fortress to the northeast and the surrounding landscape, with the alps in i the distance, to the west. You can experience sunrise to sunset! The property comes with a total of 120 acres of land and consists of a newly renovated house and a barn. 26 beds spread over 13 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and 3 sep. wc, 2 kitchens, a gym, a wine cellar and several living rooms. An outdoor pergola with pizza oven and a large(12x6m) swimming pool with a big sun terrace are also at your disposal.
As you may know, Gavi is most famous for it´s white vines, Gavi di Gavi. And their old fortress. Several possibilities to visit local wineries and do some wine tasting in the nearby surroundings. 15 min drive to Serravalle luxury outlet. One of Europes largest. Several golf courses within 20 in drive. With a easy access to the highway A7, it is approx. 50 min drive from Genova and the beautiful Ligurian Coast and 75 min drive from Milano.
