Neighbourhood information

The center is just 7-8 minutes by walk from home : supermarket, various shops, butcher, bakery, post office, bank, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor; about 5 km away is the "Iperal Fuentes" shopping centre. The rail station is about 15 minutes by walk. From Colico you can quickly reach the most beautiful resorts on Lake Como: Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio, Como; as well as some well-known mountain resorts such as St Moritz Switzerland about 1h30 minutes away, Bormio about 2 hours away, Livigno about 2h30 away, as well as Milan about 1 hour by car (1h30 with the very convenient direct train that leaves from Colico)...and many more!
