The villa has just been renovated, is located just below the ancient walls that surround the medieval village of Capalbio. What makes the villa unique is its extremely close proximity to the Borgo, which can be reached on foot, while also offering the possibility to easily reach the sea. The villa overlooks a large olive grove and is surrounded by greenery.
