The property is located in the Spisone area (Taormina), a few steps from the beach, and only 5 minutes (by car or public transport) from the extraordinary Isola Bella and the Taormina - Mazzarò cable car, thanks to which it is possible to easily reach the center of Taormina, with its beauty. ***Airport shuttle service from/to Catania Airport available upon request*** The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils), two one-and-a-half seater sofa beds, dining table, TV, split A/C, and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and split A/C; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet; - BALCONY with a small table and two chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: heating and air conditioning provided through split units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), hairdryer, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have an elevator - the accommodation is on the first floor. Heating is provided through split A/C units - one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Bicycles are not allowed to be parked in the common areas of the building.

The apartment is located in Spisone, an area of ​​Taormina characterized by the presence of multiple beaches, just a few steps away from the accommodation. In front of the apartment there is the stop of the Interbus bus line, which allows you to reach the bus terminal in via Luigi Pirandello in a few minutes, from which it is possible to easily reach the airport and other cities such as Catania and Syracuse. In about 5 minutes by car or public transport it is possible to reach the center of Taormina, with its unmissable jewels, such as Isola Bella, the Ancient Theater and the Cathedral. In the Mazzarò area there are restaurants and grocery stores.
