Welcome to our property, located just 15 minutes’ walk from Ferrara’s historic center and Estense Castle, and 10 minutes from the central station. Free parking is available in front of the building. The elegantly furnished rooms have private bathrooms, though their location may vary. Breakfast is included and served in a common area, featuring packaged Italian products. The space also hosts an exhibition of artwork by emerging international artists, adding a unique touch. Check-in is self-service, with late check-in available from 8 PM onwards. Early check-in can be requested and confirmed based on availability. For everyone’s comfort, we ask guests to remove their shoes (courtesy slippers provided), keep noise levels low at night, and respect the no smoking or eating rule in rooms. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace. Security cameras monitor common areas. Rooms feature large TVs with streaming platforms, premium audio, a desk, and free Wi-Fi via QR code. As a green property, we provide organic shampoo and body wash in dispensers, and linens are not ironed. A whirlpool tub is available for 35 euri with mineral salts provided.
