Welcome to our brand new accommodation, just completed and ready to offer you all the comfort you need. Equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning, the accommodation is perfect for any season. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and oven, while in the living room you will find a large TV for your moments of relaxation. The spacious balcony is ideal for enjoying a coffee in the open air, and the car can be conveniently parked in front of the house in the reserved condominium area, separated from the main road. The accommodation can host up to four people: a spacious double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area ensure everyone's comfort. The location is strategic: just a few steps from the beautiful beach of Riva Trigoso and a few minutes from the highway exit. The Cinque Terre are easily reachable by train, with the Sestri Levante station only 2 km away and the Riva Trigoso station just 1 km from the accommodation.

Riva Trigoso is a charming little town where everything is easily reachable on foot. The beach is just 200 meters from our house, perfect for a day of sun and sea without having to take the car. All the small shops in the town are within walking distance, allowing you to enjoy an authentic and relaxing experience. If you wish to explore a bit more, Sestri Levante is only 2 km away, easily reachable in a few minutes by car. Chiavari, with its lively city life and beautiful seafront, is just 10 km away. The location of Riva Trigoso allows you to enjoy the tranquility of a small village without sacrificing the convenience of having everything at hand.
