About this property
Hotel Residence Esplanade is an elegant Art Nouveau building, ideally located just 50 metres from the beach and right next to the lush Pineta di Ponente pinewood, in the heart of Viareggio. We do not have private parking, we can issue a subscription for public parking at a cost of € 7.00 per day.
The agreed beach service is on payment, from May to September. The price starts from € 25.00 per day to € 40.00 (July and August)
