Il residence è molto luminoso e ben esposto di fronte alla passeggiata fluviale. Ogni stanza, oltre ad avere finestre molto ampie e soleggiate con tapparelle elettriche, è illuminata con faretti e muri in sasso con led. Inoltre la cucina è dotata di piano a induzione per il risparmio energetico.
