Property info

The house is located in via Soling, a few steps from the square of Porto Cervo. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a small kitchen. Further, one of the living room's sofa is a sofa bed with two small single beds. Therefore the house can accommodate up to 6 people. A beautiful, spacious -sea and sunsests view- terrace completes the house.

Neighborhood info

The area is very nice, quite and elegant and it's only 5 minutes walking to the central Piazzetta of Porto Cervo. The port it's 5 minutes by car or 15 min. All the most famous beaches are within a 10 minutes drive from the house, and the Pevero Golf Club too is at 10 min driving! Costa Smeralda is a unique place in the world, to be visited at least once in a lifetime! Wonderful landscapes, caribbean sea and luxury places make it one of the most desired and exclusive destinations in Italy. Indeed, here are much of the most beautiful beaches on the Italian peninsula. The hinterland and countryside are also spectacular, suitable for trips for those who love to explore paths dotted with colorful flowers, typical of the Mediterranean scrub. To get around the area, having a car is highly recommended. There are not many public transport services, but taxis are easy to find.
