The apartment is 100m from the beach and 500 m from downtown. It has 2 bedrooms (6/8 beds): first room with 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed with an en-suite bathroom and spacious veranda for breakfasts and lunches. The other one comes with no bathroom but still has a queen size and a single bed with the balcony. There is a living room with a double size sofa-bed. There is also one independent bathroom, a full equipped kitchen with a balcony and hanger for your laundry. There is: hairdryer, bed linen, towels, iron, washing machine, digital TV. The car park is free of charge right outside the house, there has never been an issue for finding a spot. The apartment is located close to downtown and 100 meters from the beach, in the area of Pratoranieri. It is away from the crowd but close to everything. The first supermarket is 200 meters away. The apartment is located on the first floor and no one else lives upstairs (no bad noises!) There are kitchens towels, sponges and detergent for washing dishes, but there is also a dishwasher. The apartment is located close to downtown and 100 meters from the beach, in the area of Pratoranieri. It is away from the crowd but close to everything. The first supermarket is 200 meters away. The apartment is located on the first floor and no one else lives upstairs (no bad noises!) you can find some pinewood area close to the house, with children's playground, ice cream shop, beach establishments with services from breakfast to dinner. The closest small market Is 30 second walk from the house
