El Hotel Pardini, gestionado por la familia Mencarini, se encuentra en Viareggio, justo enfrente del paseo marítimo y a pocos pasos del mar y del bosque de pinos. Ofrece ascensor, salón de TV, restaurante y jardín interno pequeño. Todas las habitaciones del Pardini disponen de aire acondicionado, baño y TV de pantalla plana.
