Property information

Suites Palazzo fleeces are not just apartments but real historical spaces in a building dating back to the fifteenth century, which was once home to the noble family of fleeces, one of the oldest in the capital. Not only. They are located in an architectural multipurpose whose uniqueness is represented by the exhibition space below the apartments, Velli Expo Palace, now the seat of important cultural events, from art exhibitions to film festivals, theater, photography, music and presentation of books. For this Velli Palace is considered unique of its kind, it is representative of the reality of the urban center of Trastevere.

Neighbourhood information

Cobbled streets, taverns always open, ivy-clad buildings, bars and clubs with the patio, narrow streets to get lost, tattoo studios, small breweries, the view of the river: the charming Trastevere never sleeps. By day you sit outdoors to enjoy a glass of good wine. At night, when its many clubs, bars and squares are full of street artists, students and creative, the district became the center of Roman nightlife.
