Palazzo Egnazia is in the middle of the historic center of Fasano, from which is to reach both the coast, since Monopoli is 15 mins by car from there and Savelletri 10 mins. by car, and the Itrian Valley, since it’s 30 mins by car from: Locorotondo; Martina Franca and Alberobello. The Palace combines the apulian tradition which has beek kept during the renovation and also in the furniture, with modern comforts, such as: smart tv; air conditioned; coffee machines Nespresso, spacious minibar; air conditioned and fiber optic wifi in every suite. We thought about the comfort of our guests installing king size mattresses and feather pillows, thought to guarantee to our clients the best from their sleep. Our mission: to give you an authentic apulian experience!
At Palazzo Egnazia we aim to give you an authentic apulian holiday proposing you a selection of experiences tailored on you. here are some examples: ● Wine tasting: spend some time to wander in one of our beautiful vineyards to discover how we produce wine and taste our best varieties with apulian delicacies ● Olive oil tour: discover how we produce our famous olive oil and learn how to taste and recognize different kinds in an ancient olive oil mill ● Cooking class: learn how we make orecchiette pasta and our typical focaccia followed by lunch in a typical masseria ● Cheese tour: discover the history of the ancient masseria and discover how we produce cheeses with the mastro casaro.
