Apartment inspired by the works of Mark Rothko. Modernity and simplicity are expressed in this apartment, featuring paintings inspired by Mark Rothko's masterpieces. It is a comfortable yet light and bright space for couples or small families to enjoy their vacation. Completely renovated, Mark's Gallery is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator in a very central position, a stone's throw away from the city's main square Piazza Cavour and the lakefront. This bright and welcoming apartment can host a total of 4 people. There is a spacious double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room for two extra guests. To make a longer stay more comfortable, air conditioning and a washer-dryer are available to our guests. There is an elevator in the building but some steps have to be taken before the elevator. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest street parking is available in Viale Lecco or in Viale Varese. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app. There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

The property is in the very center of Como city. Supermarkets, pizzerias, and restaurants are located just next to the apartment. It takes 1 minute to walk to the lakefront, it is just there! You can have easy access to the boats and ferries.
