Property information

Magic Riva Apartment is a bright and welcoming apartment located in Riva del Garda, in via Treviso 4, situated in a strategic and quiet position in the lake front area. It is located in a new residential complex with large interior spaces and protected by driveway and pedestrian gate. It is located on the first floor, easy to access even for the elderly and people with reduced mobility. It has a large terrace with a private garden. Internally it is composed of a bright and large living area with a kitchen area, a bathroom with shower and a bathtub. Complete the equipment a double bedroom with double bed, single bed and study area. Outside independent central heating and washing machine. Private parking space and cellar, near the Blue Garden shopping center and Flora ice cream parlor. Lake Garda is just a few meters away on foot.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is close to Riva del Garda port and you can walk to the main places of interest. The bus stop is within walking distance and allows easy access to Arco, Trento, Rovereto and the Villa Lagarina. You can enjoy windsurf, hiking, trekking and relax on the beach.
