La Terrazza di Porta Messina is the ideal place for your holiday in Taormina. The location is unbeatable. It is located at the beginning of Corso Umberto (center of Taormina), a 2-minute walk from the beach bus station that takes you to the beaches of Mazzeo and Letojanni, a 5-minute walk from the cable car that takes you to the beaches of Mazzarò, Isola Bella and Spisone. A 10-minute walk away you can reach the regional bus terminal that takes you to Catania, Messina and other cities.
At 500 meters from the property you can reach the Ancient Theater of Taormina. With its 109 meter diameter of the cavea it is, after Syracuse, the largest on the Italian peninsula and in Africa. A very short distance away several restaurants offer menus with traditional Sicilian dishes but it is also possible to find restaurants with high-class gourmet cuisine
