Property information

The IBORDINHOME residence located in Nettuno sul mare, in Lazio in the province of ROME, a stone's throw from the centre, offers accommodation with free private parking. Each suite with domotic structure consists of two double bedrooms and a sofa bed and has a heated Jacuzzi tub. The units are equipped with air conditioning, SMART TV, underfloor heating, living room with flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen of kitchenware with microwave/electric oven and refrigerator, safety deposit box and private bathroom with hairdryer. A balcony with sea view is offered in each unit. The aparthotel offers a garden and sun terrace. In addition, a coin-operated laundry and drying service for personal clothing is offered to customers, while the daily change of towels and bed linen as well as the cleaning service of each single Suite is included in the price of the stay. Inside the accommodation there are six suites with fully home automation technology and each of them consists of:  two double bedrooms plus a double sofa bed;  1 fully equipped kitchen;  1 safe;  smart TV and air conditioners in each room;  ground heating system;  Alexa smart system;  Free WI-FI.

We are located in Nettuno sul mare -RM- wonderful residence newly built and open to the public in August 2022 complete with all the comforts to spend an unforgettable holiday and also ideal for spending stays in Smart working as it is equipped with a suitable and serviced environment from super-fast free Wi-Fi. We are close to the Sanctuary of Santa Maria Goretti and about 5 minutes walk from the train station and the center of Nettuno and the Scacciapensieri district. Located on the beach and close to equipped beaches and important places of recognized historical and cultural value such as Forte Sangallo, Medieval Village, Torre Astura, American Monumental Cemetery, Tourist Port, Sanctuary of Santa Maria Goretti and Madonna delle Grazie and many other tourist attractions.
