Giobo Rooms is a newly built Bed & Breakfast. The property is in Siniscola (NU), a short walk from the town centre, and only a few minutes' drive from the motorway SS131. La Caletta Beach is about 4 miles away. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, and each of them has a private entrance. Guests have access to a large shared garden, where they will find their personal table and chairs to enjoy an al fresco breakfast or a relaxing evening after a day out.
We serve breakfast every day in our kitchen from 8:00 to 10:00. Our breakfast includes cake, bread, butter, jam, Nutella, biscuits, coffee, tea, and milk. We provide our guests with a tray so that they can take their selection of food and drinks to the garden if they wish.
At Giobo Rooms we are mindful of our environment and we are proud to say that our property is powered by solar panels, which makes us almost entirely self-sufficient and reduces the impact that tourism has on our planet. According to the same principles, we try and balance hygiene and sustainability by offering a daily room refresh and changing the bed sheets once a week (or if staying for more than 7 days but less than 14 at the midpoint of your stay). Please note that a washing machine is available to our guests, but again, in order to limit our impact, we ask them to use it only on full (or at least almost full) load.
Pets are welcome at our property for a little extra fee. Just make sure to let us know in advance if you are travelling with your furry friend.
IMPORTANT: In order to comply with the regional law, each guest is required to pay a tassa di soggiorno/tourist tax. This can be paid at the property. Please note that we don't have a card machine.
Giobo Rooms is a family-run B&B. Sandro and Graziella serve breakfast every morning and make sure the house is always nice and tidy. Gianni, their elder son, and Bruna, his girlfriend, take care of the website and the bookings.
The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood with a mountain view, close to the town centre and transportation links. There is a Pizza Restaurant on the opposite side of the road, and more bars and restaurants a 5-to-10-minute walk away.
