A peaceful lakeside oasis with a furnished terrace and pool access (please note that the pool is shared with the residents of the other apartments). This apartment can host up to 4 guests. There is a double bedroom and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped for the preparation of 5-star meals which can be enjoyed on the terrace, admiring the surrounding mountains and the lake. In this property, it is mandatory to separate the garbage. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. A convenient private garage is available to the guests at no extra fee. There is space for one car.

This apartment is in Blevio – one of the charming little towns around Como lake. A short walk down the hill will take you to the lakefront. There is a small beach, some restaurants, and the pier where ferries stop.
