The recently renovated and finely refurbished Domus Socolatae is a pleasant Art Nouveau residence conveniently located in the centre of Follonica facing the wonderful islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. The ground floor features a wide entrance hall with access to fitted-out private garden, where, in summer, it is served a tasty and fragrant homemade breakfast, carefully prepared and changed daily. Near to the garden, there is the Deluxe Suite Room with a little kitchenette. The first floor houses a double bedroom, the Junior Suite Room – opening onto a small terrace -, a living room with antique sofa-bed and a dining area with kitchen. The Suite Room, with fireplace, is situated in the mansard. The residence, surrounded by century-old trees and lovely flowerbeds, is an ideal setting for wedding receptions and all sorts of parties, lavishly cared for by the owner’s professional skill and kindness.
