Direttamente sul mare , dominati dall'Etna . Intero appartamento, in villetta indipendente, con accesso diretto a mare. In posizione strategica: a 6 km dal casello autostradale di Giarre , a circa 20 minuti dalla splendida città di Taormina, meta ambita del turismo internazionale di lusso; 20 minuti da Catania nord ;un'ora dallo svincolo Siracusa e Noto ; 36 km dal rifugio Etna Nord ; 30 minuti dalle Gole dell'Alcantara . Immobile luminosissimo, al primo piano, in posizione incantevole e privilegiata con ampie e panoramiche terrazze sul mare, attrezzate di sedie, tavoli e sdraio, che circondano la casa su quattro lati che catturano anche la natura della timpa vulcanica e la maestosità dell'Etna. L'immobile è rifinito con parquet, ceramiche in cotto smaltato, 2 bagni (il secondo, al piano garage), lavanderia, ampia cucina, due camere da letto autonome. Collocata in una frazione marinara a 2 km dal centro del paese dove è possibile trovare tutti i servizi. L'area circostante si compone di altre ville padronali e poche case rurali immerse tra limoneti e palme. Il tutto a ridosso di una costa dalla visuale unica, composta da ciottoli vulcanici modellati dalle maree: il sogno di essere cullati solo dalle onde del mare, aspettando l'alba che illumini la casa .

La Casa è situata direttamente davanti al mare in una posizione strategica a poca distanza da Taormina , Etna, Alcantara , Catania e collegata tramite autostrada a Siracusa, Noto, Marzamemi . La costa è composta da ciottoli vulcanici di varie dimensioni; eccezionale per snorkeling e pesca ; a pochi km le spiagge di sabbia di Fondachello , Giardini Naxos, Taormina , i faraglioni di Acitrezza, il porto turistico di Riposto e il suo grande mercato del pesce fresco .
