Casavancanze Ro 'is a villa (the owner Romina live in the house) located a few minutes walk from the renowned beach of Mondello. The property has two accomodation: 1) One "house with 1 bedroom" is equipped with all comforts, it has an independent kitchen, air conditioning, television, private patio where you can sunbathe and eat outdoors and play darts. The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, fridge / freezer, Italian coffee moka and capsule coffee machine, dining table, TV and sofa bed (futon). The kitchen windows are all fitted with mosquito nets. 2) The second is a double bedroom with private bathroom with a small breakfast corner, with minibar and induction plate to heat the food. The outdoor patio will be perfect for your aperitif. The Mondello area as well as having a wonderful beach also offers the possibility of making interesting walks in Monte Pellegrino on paths marked and visible on the "Wikiloc" application.
We are a nature-loving and sporty family. The joint project of Casavancaze is managed by Romina, the mother, and her children Francesco, Giuseppe and Ofelia. Our home is Pet Friendly: we have 2 turtles, 1 German shepherd dog, and many cats. Casa Vacanze Ro 'is LGBT Friendly 🦄
