Company information

The company Paim srl, which I represent, is the one that built the entire residential complex called Residence Capo D'Orso Marina and the Hotel Posada which is just a few meters from the houses.

Property information

The houses overlook the sea directly, which is 50 meters away. The houses were furnished in 2021, they have what is needed in the kitchen with utensils. The houses are provided with sheets and towels and beach towels.

Neighbourhood information

The houses on the sea are about 300 meters from the center of Palau, where there are restaurants, bars, shops, etc. along the harbor promenade. In Palau there is a market every summer evening and other initiatives of the town. Every Friday morning there is a market where various local producers sell traditional Sardinian foods. Every morning you can embark on excursions to the beautiful beaches of the La Maddalena Archipelago.
