The villa is situated in a private residence, within the quiet of a big garden. Two large beaches are approachable through a gate that from the residence takes directly by the sea, which is 50 metres from the house. The villa is situated in Siracusa's sea area, 10-15 minutes from town, with supermarkets and other services at 5 minutes by car. The spatious porches allow to have meals in the open air, enjoying the sight of the garden while eating. It is great to stay at the villa during spring and autumn, when the weather is warm but the beaches aren't crowded as in summer. A pleasant and unforgettable experience!
