Property information

An elegant place to stay and pamper yourself, the joy of rediscovering the pace of nature and to savour the different colours and flavours of each and every day spent here. In the main house, three of its double bedroom, a large dining room, a lounge and a library both with old fireplaces, are dedicated to the accommodation of guests. The whole house still has its original handmade terracotta flooring and its vaulted cellings and old frescoes were recovered during the restoration. The swimming pool can be found in a particularly panoramic corner of the garden and is the perfect place for those who wish to relax and contemplate the lush countryside beyond.

Neighbourhood information

Casa Rovelli can be found nestled in the heart of Lower Montferrat between Asti and Casale, just a few minutes outside the walls of the medieval town of Moncalvo, in the centre of Sanico, with its ancient brick houses built around a 16th century church. Beyound the perimeter walls there is a miniature village of unexpected beauty.
