Casa LUIS (ground floor) was designed and created with love, full of vibrant colors that convey energy, passion, joy, and at the same time, peace and a sense of family warmth. It is equipped with all modern comforts (air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) and offers one free parking space right in front of the house. The outdoor lounge area is very charming and features a BBQ, fountain, comfortable seating, and sun loungers exclusively for Casa LUIS guests. There is also an outdoor table with a large umbrella, perfect for enjoying lunch or dinner in the garden. Casa GIAN (first floor) is an apartment renovated in 2015. Its many windows and two balconies make it bright and welcoming. It features modern furnishings and all necessary amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, portable air conditioner, etc.) along with one free parking space in front of the house. Guests have exclusive access to a large garden equipped with a BBQ, fountain, umbrella, and a spacious table.
I'm Sabrina, born and raised in this house until the age of 30. Here, I learned to love and care for the vegetable garden and the flowers. My grandmother and my parents passed down to me the skills to build things with creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness to make my dreams come true with my own hands. I love sports, cooking for myself and my friends, traveling, and meeting new people and cultures. It will bring me great joy to share happiness, harmony, and well-being with those who stay in my home. One of the hidden gems of Luino (a small town on Lake Maggiore) is Voldomino. My house is located in Lower Voldomino, in a green and peaceful area, near a beautiful cycling path that runs along the Tresa and Margorabbia rivers. To reach the house, you'll pass through a small square where, many years ago, there was a public washhouse and the mill owned by my great-grandparents, which was used to grind grain for local farmers. The upper part is called Upper Voldomino and is known for its historic center with the Church of Santa Maria Assunta. We are surrounded by history, energy, and thankfully, the simplicity and charm of village life.
