Whether you are a worker in the area or a tourist, this is the place for you. It is ideal for singles or couples. The porch is amazing place to work or to spend your free time. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, microwave and washing machine. You can park your car in the courtyard right next to the entrance, the courtyard is also provided with an anti-theft system. Smoking is allowed on the outside.

The apartment is set in the green countryside of the first hills of the Modena province, strategically located between Modena and Bologna, and just a few kilometres away from the Apennine mountains. From here you can easily go to Modena, Bologna, and their provinces, visit the surrounding medieval villages and castles, enjoy the sweet hills of both Modena and Bologna as well as the nearby mountains. Across the street there is an ancient sanctuary dedicated to the Virgin Mary dating back to the year 1000 and a number of beautiful hikes start just a few steps from our driveway that you can walk or bike. In the area there are definitely some of the best restaurants with local traditional cuisine (tigelle, gnocco fritto, borlenghi), the public swimming pool, various hikes up to the Sassi of Rocca Malatina. The center of the town Vignola is just a couple of minutes away where you can visit the Castle and the famous spiral staircase of Barozzi. Maranello, Castelvetro, Guiglia, Sassuolo, Modena, Casalecchio, Bologna, are all a few kilometers from here.
