CasaElisa is situated on Lake Garda, Bogliaco, Gargnano (in the province of Brescia). The Lake, and the centre of the village, Bogliaco, are just a fifteen minute walk away from the Elisa House. Casaelisa is situated in a old olive ochard, which is 5.000 sq.m with a small river flowsing on one side. The quietness of the place is only interrupted by the singing noise of the water flowing in a small river close by, and the chirping of birds . From the house one has a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Located nearby are several old tracks that take you off the main roads. Built in the late 70s, it is on two levels. Simply furnished yet very comfortable, the house benefits from beautiful lake views. There is a large front patio furnished with garden furniture . First floor: 35 square meters, sitting room and kitchen with a large fire place in the middle of the room. One bathroom, stairs to the second floor. Second floor: two main rooms, one single room and bathroom. The two main bedrooms open on a balcony with a grand view of the lake. Elisa House offers quietness and privacy in a very relaxed atmosphere. Nearby you can have a 18 golf court
