Newly renovated one bedroom apartment, on the ground floor, in a quiet building. Ideal for couples or for study or work stays. A cozy apartment complete with everything. Parking: it is better to know that the apartment has neither a parking space nor a garage. On the front of the house there is a sidewalk useful for quick parking. The street is small and free parking, on the road, is located at 300mt, in the parallel street, via parri, easily accessible through a small road or on the main avenue in front of the ice rink.

We are in a splendid village with a lot of history at an altitude of 500m. The apartment is located in the Olympic ice rink area of ​​Torre Pellice. In 5 minutes of walking you are in the center of Torre Pellice. In 2 minutes of walk you reach the Pellice stream, a few steps from the house. A territory to discover, always walking...! My advice is to consult the site of the Proloco Comune di Torre Pellice, a community full of initiatives, all year round. Cultural and sporting activities, for every need. A good presence of clubs, bistros and cafes make your stay pleasant.
