Hello there, I’m Guido. Together with my brother, I started managing short-term rentals in Milan back in 2015. What began as a small side project has now become a real passion and a full professional activity. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of welcoming guests from all over the world — travellers, families, professionals, and students — and I’ve discovered how rewarding it is to make people feel at home while visiting Milan. My goal has always been simple: to offer apartments that are clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and to ensure that every stay is smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I personally take care of communication with guests and the organisation of every detail, from check-in to maintenance. I speak English fairly well (and German, though admittedly a bit rusty!) and I’m always happy to help with advice, information, or local tips about Milan and its surroundings. Whether you’re coming for work, study, or leisure, I’ll do my best to make your stay as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. Casa Carozzi offers four spacious and comfortable apartments: -a four-room apartment on the top floor (the largest one, featuring a wonderful terrace), suitable for up to 8 guests -a one-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor (with a balcony), suitable for up to 4 guests -a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, suitable for up to 4 guests -a studio apartment on the ground floor for 2 guests The two ground-floor apartments can be connected, offering space for up to 6 guests in total. All apartments are located in a quiet condominium overlooking green gardens and a public park. Perfect for families, couples, or larger groups, the apartments are fully furnished and equipped to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. The property is easy to reach and well connected to Milan city centre (just 500 metres from the nearest metro station and less than 20 minutes to Piazza Duomo), as well as to the Bicocca University and two major hospitals. It’s the ideal accommodation to unwind after a busy day exploring the wonderful city of Milan! Check in Please note that all guests are required to register and complete the necessary formalities online via the Fast Check-in procedure. This step is mandatory in order to access the apartment. In compliance with current Italian regulations, the Fast Check-in procedure allows us to: -Collect the required personal data for guest registration with the Milan Police Department -Receive the mandatory photos for identification purposes: a selfie showing the guest’s face next to their ID, plus front and back photos of the ID document (including for minors, as required by public security regulations) -Process the payment of the Tourist Tax -Obtain the digital signature on the short-term rental agreement We kindly ask you to complete the Fast Check-in well before your arrival day to ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in experience.
