The apartment, just renovated, is located on the top floor of a building (without elevator) and has 2 amazing 100mq terraces which offer a unique and unforgettable view of the city, particularly of the beautiful Basilica of San Francesco. The spacious living area is made up of a living room with sofas, tv, crystal table and a large kitchen with every accessory including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine. The sleeping area is composed by 2 large double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom (plus a cot for children from 0 to 5 years old). There are also 2 bathrooms with both shower and a cellar on the ground floor for storage or bike/motorbike garage. In the whole apartment there is the super fibra for un unlimited WiFi. Below home there are: bus stop, bank, pharmacy, supermarket, tobacconist, gym and church. The area is really quiet even if it’s very close to the center. Small, private, covered and secured park available in loco only for motorbikes and bikes. I carry on the family business started by my father 60 years ago in Sinalunga in the province of Siena, in fact I manage the beautiful luxory store Littorio s.r.l. together with my sister.
