"S'ARD GUEST HOUSE" is a delightful super-panoramic penthouse, located in the historic center of Sassari, a few meters from the ancient Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the Duomo, Palazzo Ducale and the Civic Theater. Due to its particular position, truly unique in the urban context of the city, it enjoys a splendid view on all sides: the gaze can range from the facade of the Cathedral to the roofs of the historic center, up to the sea of Asinara and Stintino with splendidly colored skies and sunsets. Its location, the care taken over the furnishings and the air-conditioned rooms make the atmosphere particularly welcoming and familiar. S'ARD GUEST HOUSE hosts you in three large, bright, comfortable and elegant rooms, furnished with objects and furniture with fine finishes, equipped with heating, air conditioning, HD TV, minibar, Wi-Fi. Indoor parking is also available. Two of the three bedrooms have a private terrace, furnished for any breakfasts. The double bedroom has a private bathroom while the triple bedroom and the bedroom with single beds have a shared bathroom. S'ARD GUEST HOUSE also has a large and bright kitchen with breakfast room and a comfortable reading corner where you can consult and browse the books of our Sardinian library.

S'ARD GUEST HOUSE is located in the historic center of Sassari, on the sixth floor (attic, with lift) of Piazza Mazzotti 11: equipped with ample parking, the square is in a particularly privileged position. It is in fact located a few meters from the Civic Theater and the Verdi Theater. It is a few steps from the Cathedral of San Nicola, from the railway station, meters from Palazzo Ducale, from the University, a few minutes from the ancient walls and the historic Fontana del Rosello, symbol of the city. Sassari is easily accessible: it is in fact located 18 km from the port of Porto Torres, 29 km from Alghero airport. From Sassari you can quickly reach many archaeological sites and all the most beautiful beaches in the north-west of Sardinia (Platamona, Stintino, Alghero, Argentiera, Castelsardo, etc.). S'ARD GUEST HOUSE is the ideal place for those who want to experience a complete holiday made not only of sea and history, but also want to know the local customs and traditions. In the narrow streets of Sassari Vecchia near our Guest House there are numerous businesses trattorias that captivate the palate with the typical aromas and flavors of the Sassarese tradition and various shops that offer their handcrafted products.
