The apartment is located in an elegant building on the ground floor, consisting of living room / kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with window and terrace. Well served with supermarkets, shops, banks and pharmacies. Excellent location just 700 meters from the MM2 of Cologno Centro and Cologno Sud, which allows you to reach many strategic points of the city of Milan such as the Central Station, Milan Center and Piazza Duomo in just 30 min. Ideal location also for students that allows you to reach the Città Studi Lambrate-Piola area in just 10 minutes, 2km from the Mediaset Studios. Just 3 km from the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, an excellent position to reach many hospitals such as: IRCCS Carlo Besta, Istituto dei Tumori.
