About this property
Set within a small 15th-century monastery, Hotel La Certosa offers a family-run atmosphere, an excellent restaurant and sea views from its beachfront location facing the bay of Marina del Cantone. Hotel La Certosa is located outside Sorrento, within walking distance to the Punta Campanella Park and Leranto Bay. Take the nearby public buses for the city centre, Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano. Stay in simply furnished rooms with air conditioning, heating, TV and a direct-dial telephone. Traditional meals and rustic Italian food is served at the Pappone restaurant. Dine outdoors on the terrace in front of the beach and admire the view. The free pebble beach in front of Hotel La Certosa is equipped with sun umbrellas and loungers. Friendly and welcoming staff organise boat rentals and boat tours of the coast or the nearby islands.The structure is an old restored Charterhouse and is all stairs first floor 2 flights 36 steps second floor 2 ramps another 24 steps.
