The apartment is conveniently located just 6-10 minutes by bus or car from the beach, and 3-5 minutes by bus or car from the historic center. The bus stop is directly in front of the house gate. Situated in the Monte Urpino Park area, the apartment boasts an excellent location: just 8 minutes from the sea and 6 minutes from the historic center. The apartment is very bright and located on the third (top) floor of a charming building with no elevator, but it offers private parking in a spacious courtyard. The interiors are very spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Acqua Chiara is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. (FREE PARKING INSIDE THE BUILDING)
