These modern apartments are centrally located in Reykjavik, 300 metres from Hallgrímskirkja church in a lovely 3 floors building. The apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen, free wi-fi, bathroom and a separate shower room. This unit has a free designated parking spot by the building. This building has recently been furnished with up-to-date quality furnishings. It's located in a typical charming Icelandic house from the 1930s.

Neighbourhood information

Eiríksgata is located in the center of Reykjavik, close to many cultural attractions. Hallgrímskirkja church is only about 4 minutes away and from there you can walk down the Rainbow Street. “The Pond” (Tjörnin) and Hljómskálagarður public park are 15 min away, and the seaside is 20 min walk or 5 min drive. If you want to take part in the strong Icelandic culture of going to the swimming pool, Sundhöllin is a 6 min walk and you’ll find several grocery stores in only a few minutes' distance. You’ll find endless options of restaurants, food halls and cafés close to the apartment.
