The apartment is located right in the heart of the action—just a short walk from Ben-Gurion University, Soroka Medical Center, the train station, and a large green park, perfect for jogging, walking, or a relaxing picnic. Nearby, you'll find the popular Golda ice cream shop, vibrant bars, excellent restaurants, and plenty of local attractions. Just 3 minutes away, there's a neighborhood shopping center with a budget-friendly supermarket, a bakery, a hummus spot, and quality shawarma. The apartment is also close to multiple bus lines arriving from Tel Aviv and other parts of the country. A lively, convenient location—experience Be'er Sheva at its best!
