Modern 4 bedroom semi detached house only 10 minute drive to city centre with plenty of free parking for up to 4 cars..Enclosed private area to rear of house. Shannon airport , Adare Manor, Thomand Park ,Tus Gaelic Grounds,St Johns Castle all within easy reach of the propery.Motorway can be accessed within 3 minutes.Also located near the house is the Univercity of Limerick and Mary I. Near the enterance to the estate there is a beautiful park for jogging or walking
I have been a host for a number of years, and welcomed wonderful people from all over the world. I thrive to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and at the other end of phone if needed.
Situated in a quiet estate minutes from the motorway, Limerick ,Castletroy, Ballneety,,Shannon and Adare golf courses all easy reach.For the tourist King Johns Castle ,The Hunt Museum, The Milk Market and Saint Marys Cathedral . Limerick has Thomand Park, Tus Gaelic Grounds , and Limerick Greyhound Stadium which are quiet near Treaty Haven. The Cresent Shopping Centre is only 5minute drive , while the city centre with amazing hotel and restaurants would only take 10minutes away
