Company information

This is a family run facility with the presence of the family on the premises. Therefore it is a quiet place to stay and is convenient for bus tours which will pick you up from the Lighthouse and drop you at the door after your tour if you request this from the Galway tour company.

Neighbourhood information

This Lighthouse is located on the Waterfront 5 minute walk from the City centre. The Train station and Coach station are 4 minutes walking from the premises. Galway Tour company provide tours to sights such as the 1) Cliffs of Moher 2) Connemara tour and 3) The Aran Islands. They can pick you up and drop you off at the Lighthouse Guest Accommodation on request for your comfort. Leaflets are provided for other tours with other tour companies in the entrance of the premises. Free Wifi to access all local events, the many and continuous festivals in Galway, concerts and theatre events that take place throughout the summer season. Free phone for Big "O" taxis available in the Lobby of the premises. The Lighthouse is situated seven doors away from The Radisson Blu where many conferences, weddings and events take place. The picturesque waterfront is a vista for those who appreciate its own particular beauty which is visible from the front door of the premises and can be seen on the website.
