The area has a selection of pubs , Most Northerly Bar in Ireland – Farrens and Seaview Tavern & Restaurant. It is close to the area where STAR WARS was filmed in 2016. It is ONLY a FEW MINUTES drive to the most NORTHENLY POINT of IRELAND. There are activities nearby that include horse riding, walking the ALPACAS, kayaking, cycling, golfing, outdoor water park, maritime museum, WILD LIFE PARK(AS SEEN ON TV), boat or yacht tours, Doagh Famine village (history of local area) , fort Dunree (Irish military museum) , Glenevin waterfall walk, pottery classes, surfing, visiting among the LARGEST SAND DUNES in Europe and have a LOOK OUT for the NORTHERN LIGHTS!! Parking is available right outside the cottage and a path straight to the cabin door!
